Overview

Task Consumer Products, one of the UK’s leading independent paper converters, appointed Norvent to fabricate and install stainless steel vacuum pipework for a new tissue folding machine located within a high-care production area.

Challenges

Tight project timescales.
Coordination of installation with delivery and positioning of new equipment.
Maintaining hygiene and finish standards in a high-care environment.

Solutions

Designed, fabricated, and installed stainless steel vacuum pipework from an external blower unit.
Completed partial pre-installation ahead of plant delivery to save time.
Installed and sealed wall penetrations with powder-coated wall plates for a clean, durable finish.
Designed and installed a custom exhaust solution to redirect the blower unit’s output.
